THE MAJOR EXHIBITION by British artist duo Gilbert & George is their first major show in the Nordic countries in twenty years. Most of the works in the exhibition are on show in Finland for the first time. The art of Gilbert & George is an expression of their emotions and thoughts. Its purpose is to challenge, provoke, question, disrupt, inspire and even shock the viewer. THE MAJOR EXHIBITION comprises more than 50 large works from 1991–2016. They are on display in the upstairs galleries at Tennis Palace from 12.10.2018–24.2.2019.

Ray Zambino is an award-losing comedian from Scotland. He mixes short jokes with flights of fancy and has the magical ability to be understood whilst still speaking with a Scottish accent.

James Lórien MacDonald is a Finnish-Canadian stand-up comedian and all-around gay transgender man whose style pops with intellectual childishness. He founded Helsinki’s Feminist Comedy Night and the Feminist Comedy Academy, and he also co-hosts the English Night at Comedy Idiot Helsinki and the Punch Up! drag/burlesque/comedy club.
