Sculptor Miinä Äkkijyrkkä’s (b. 1949) work, Joy has been situated on the lawn between Hakaniemi Bridge and Sörnäisten rantatie.
Due to building in the area, the artwork has been removed and will be replaced before 2030.
The work belongs to the City of Helsinki’s art collection, which is managed and curated by HAM.
