Guidelines for a safer space

We pledge to maintain a non-discriminatory, harassment-free space and expect that our visitors pledge to uphold these aspects as well. We assume responsibility for our actions and behaviour and treat others considerately. This way, we create physical and mental spaces with equal opportunities for everyone to participate and take action.

We understand that we sometimes – unconsciously and unintentionally – act in a harmful manner. Therefore, we will learn from our mistakes to be able to improve our actions and behaviour. Our anti-harassment liaison has been trained to assist in such situations and, if necessary, to intervene in behaviour and actions that breach these safe-space guidelines.

These guidelines are also included in our communications-related accessibility principles. To stick to these principles, we will use understandable language and, if necessary, communicate multilingually.
