Tove Jansson’s Birthday

Come and celebrate Tove’s birthday with us! The day will start with gastronomic delights, with the first 100 visitors enjoying cake and coffee in HAM’s ticket counter lobby. All the food and drink served will be vegan.
In the afternoon, Skidit-disko will get the party going outside, under the overhang outside the entrance. Partying away will be a DJ, MC, Robo robot and the wonderful Kuhilas! The first disco will start at 13:00, with the next one kicking off at 15:00.
In the museum’s lobby, Paleface, also known as Karri Miettinen, will be playing gems from Tove and partner Tooti’s record bag. Music that previously enchanted visitors during HAM’s Tove Jansson – Paradise exhibition will be returning, allowing party guests to enjoy the fantastic festive atmosphere to the beat of carefully selected tunes.
Entry is free of charge. No advance registration required.
