Space for New Art offers – engaging both body and mind – captivating encounters with art and artists. The first open call focused on exhibition proposals that enliven the art experience through performative and audience-engaging methods. Launching the new space is the KOKIMO collective’s Tablespace, an aesthetic and living installation, both sculpture and performance.

Tablescape (2026) unfolds around a long dinner table, where one can enjoy the offerings of both earth and mind, hear and listen, see and observe, sense and connect. The work explores human participation as part of nature, the environment, and various ecosystems. It comes to life through light, projection, and sound, activating the mental stage of the participant. KOKIMO is an artist collective founded in 2010, whose members work within the fields of performing arts and contemporary art.
