HAM mix presents a selection of international artists from the art collection belonging to the people of Helsinki. The exhibition comprises two galleries and introduces works that have rarely, if ever, been shown. One of the two galleries includes works by Jean Arp, Sonia Delaunay, Roy Lichtenstein, Ana Mendieta, Richard Serra, Niki de Saint Phalle, Taryn Simon, Jim Dine, Robin Crozier, Marc Chagall and Spencer Tunick. The other gallery has been dedicated entirely to Louise Bourgeois and includes an excerpt of the audio work Helsinki rap from 1995. HAM mix includes mostly prints and drawings. All works are from the museum’s own collection. The exhibition has been curated by HAM curator Claire Gould.
